Friday evening

Arrive 7:30 p.m.
Half hour to unload and settle in
8:00 p.m. - Get acquainted, briefing on all camp safety issues and review of weekend schedule.
Saturday
7:00 a.m. - Morning feeding group (1/3 riders) us taken to the barn to participate in feeding horses. Feeding lasts about an hour and we are back at the lodge between 8-8:15 a.m.
9:30 a.m. - Whole group WALKS to the barn and meets on the bleachers at the end of Riding Ring #1 to start morning program. We emphasize walking to the barn because it helps the girls expend excited and nervous energy.
12-12:30 - Group returns to lodge for lunch and two hour break. This is an excellent time to rest and enjoy free play.
2:00 p.m. - Walk back to barn and meet at bleachers for briefing on afternoon program.
4:30 p.m. - Afternoon feeding group (1/3 riders) stays at barn for feeding experience. Remainder of group returns to lodge for supper preparations and evening fun. This is a good time for spirit building activities. Often troops do crafts, sometimes skits and singing. There is a fire circle in front of lodge for your use. You and your girls may pull wood from our woods or you may bring your own wood with you. A fireplace inside the lodge is available for indoor campfires.
Sunday
7:00 a.m. - Last third of group feeds horses.
9:30 a.m. - Walk to barn and meet again on bleachers for briefing on morning program.
11:30 a.m. - Finish up morning program and return to Camp Lodge for lunch. Notice this time is different from Saturday. We consolidate Sunday's program so as to honor our commitment to be finished by 3:15-3:30 p.m.
1:15 p.m. - Return to bleachers for introduction to Horse Show. Show begins between 1:45-2:00 p.m. depending on how quickly the girls groom and tack up their horses.
