Clinic Helper News

Clinic Helper Reunion This is a challenging spring for Sprucelands. Because of the economy scout troops have cut way back. That puts us in a rather awkward spot.

We still have our excitement and enthusiasm for camp. There are a few upcoming clinic weekends, and because I want to keep the clinic helper program alive, I am coming up with a schedule that will draw us together and allow you to work on your free week of camp.

Updated March 12, 2008

We continue to recruit scout troops for the spring and fall 2008. Alison is talking to some interested scout leaders. Some have booked for the fall.

I am planning some work weekends and we have a few weekends where we will be supervising riders. One will be my Excel Club weekend. Another is a church weekend. I'll let you know the schedule within the next week or so.

Keep reading the blog. If you have anything to share, let me know. I am willing to make posts for you as long as you are making some point or reporting news to your fellow campers and the staff.

Please..stay in touch. I'll do the same. Send me an email periodically to update me on you. I love staying in the loop.

Here is a schedule that will give you credit toward your free week: We have more time this spring to get ready for camp. Horses need to be schooled, tack cleaned, the barn spiffed up, cabins cleaned, raking done, etc. We will start with the barn and horses and go from there. So let Eileen know what weekend's you can come.  Please work the one scout clinic we have into our schedule. Please?
