Leadership
Training
Owner/Director, Eileen Thompson and Head Riding Instructor, Alison Sasiadek designed the Clinic Helper Program 29 years ago. A creative approach to giving young people job-related experiences, the program is an exciting leadership opportunity for young people in the Buffalo and Rochester NY geographic areas. As they become skilled in public relations and horsemanship, each one of our young leaders matures.
