Typical Camp Day
6:30 a.m. Feed horses (for those on the feeding schedule
7:45 a.m. Breakfast for us humans!
8:30 a.m. Cabin and lodge Kapers
8:50 - 12:15 Morning program: Horse care, riding lessons, trail rides for Horsemasters and Accelerated Horsemasters scheduled into the morning riding/horse care program. Also, general activities take place during this time for any half-day rider interested in art, hiking, swimming, boating, writing the camp newspaper, reading in the library, sports, and planning the evening program.
12:30 p.m. Noon meal

p.m. Rest hour (Most
of us LOVE rest hour!)
2:15-2:30 p.m. Move to afternoon programs.
2:30-5:45 p.m. Afternoon program: Horse care, riding lessons, trail rides for Horsemasters and Accelerated Horsemasters. Again, general activities for those interested in art, hiking, swimming, boating, writing the camp newspaper, planning the evening program, and sports.
6:00 p.m. Evening meal
6:50-7:50 p.m. Special interest hour
7:55-9:00 p.m. Evening program
10:00-10:30 p.m. Lights out


Our
day has structure, and yet there are choices within the day.
That's what makes it fun. The main thing is to let the riding staff know
what your interests are so they help you build time into your day for a
variety of activities.
